Communications on Stochastic Analysis (COSA) was an online journal that aimed to present original research papers of high quality in stochastic analysis (both theory and applications) and this policy is continued under the same editorial direction by JOSA. COSA is indexed in Mathematical Reviews (MathSciNet), Zentralblatt für Mathematik, and SCOPUS.

The Journal of Latin American Geography (JLAG) is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original geographical and interdisciplinary scholarship on Latin America and the Caribbean and the diaspora from this region. It invites theoretically robust, empirically rich, and/or policy relevant research from across human and environmental geography. The journal accepts manuscripts in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, in order to bring the region’s best scholarship to the broadest possible audience.

JLAG is an independent and not-for-profit journal published by the Conference of Latin American Geography (CLAG), which was established in 1970 to foster geographic education and research on Latin America through publications, conferences, and travel grants. The journal publishes three issues per year, hosted online by Project Muse, and distributed in print by the University of Texas Press.

Journal of Stochastic Analysis (JOSA) is an online open access journal that aims to present original research papers of high quality in stochastic analysis (both theory and applications) and emphasizes the global development of the scientific community. The journal welcomes articles of interdisciplinary nature. Expository articles of current interest will occasionally be published.

JOSA is indexed in Mathematical Reviews (MathSciNet) and SCOPUS.

JOSA continues Communications on Stochastic Analysis under the same editorial direction. COSA has now ceased publication and is collected at https://repository.lsu.edu/cosa/.

JOSA is an online free-access journal, and has no print edition. There are no publication charges for JOSA authors.

Occasional Papers of the Museum of Natural Science, Louisiana State University was founded in May 4, 1938 with the publication of the first issue. The journal was founded by George Lowery, Jr. just two years after he founded the LSU Museum of Natural Science. This journal was closely modeled after the Occasional Papers of the Museum of Zoology, University of Michigan series and continues to follow the tradition of that journal and other museum publications such as the American Museum Novitates.

Proceedings [of the] Annual Forestry Symposium (Journals)

Designed as a continuing education meeting for professional foresters, The Annual Forestry Symposium was held on LSU campus from its inception in 1952 through 1985, and then again in 1996. Proceedings from the symposia were recorded yearly and widely disseminated.

Seminar on Continuity in Semilattices (SCS) is a series of memos exchanged 1976-1986 by correspondence among mathematicians, Jimmie Lawson, Karl Heinrich Hofmann, Klaus Keimel, Dana Scott, James Harvey Carruth, J. Winston Crawley, Michael William Mislove, Gerhard Gierz, John R. Liukkonen, Alan Day, Charles Edgar Clark, E.L. Evans, James W. Lea, R.L. Wilson, Oswald Wyler, Morike Kamara, Albert R. Stralka, Heiko Bauer, Jaime Niño, Fred Watkins, Lester W. Jones, John R. Isbell, Rudolf-Eberhard Hoffmann, Marcel Erné, Harmut Gatzke, Hans Dobbertin, and John Albert Tiller.

Two monographs are derived in part from SCS:
A Compendium of Continuous Lattices (Springer 1980) by G. Gierz, K.H. Hofmann, K. Keimel, J.D. Lawson, M. Mislove, and D.S. Scott.
Continuous Lattices and Domains (Cambridge University Press 2003) by G. Gierz, K.H. Hofmann, K. Keimel, J.D. Lawson, M. Mislove, and D.S. Scott.

SCS memos are enumerated in these two monographs.

The results in these memos were never refereed. After being refereed and corrected, many of these results were published in the two monographs and other publications.
